In theory, though probably not in practice, it might be able to do
twice as much "stuff" while playing a video if the stuff took perfect
advantage of the hyperthreading.
No. The theoretical benefit from hyperthreading is about 10-20%,
not 100%. It only helps when a single thread does not keep all units in
the processor busy all the time.
