Did you not read my post? :) If you create the missing file using something like 'touch', then you _can_ delete the recording normally in Myth. touch /path/to/recordings/dir/CHANID_STARTTIME_ENDTIME.nuv Where Chanid is the chanid of your recording and startime and endtime are the respective times in YYYYMMDDHHMMSS format (Year, Month, Day, Hour, Minute, and Second) -- Chris
