Building from scratch (almost) - Slackware 10.1, MythTV 0.17, but keeping database from 0.15.1 I now get the error that has been noted on this list already (But I didn't see an answer):
ERROR: Unable to find mythcommflag This comes from within MythTV. If I telnet into Myth, running as the myth user, I can type just "mythcommflag" and it will run successfully. mythcommflag is in my /usr/local/bin directory, permissions set at 755, and echo $PATH lists /usr/local/bin first among other directories. Am i missing something? Is there something coming from the older database that's conflicting? Maybe I should setup a cron job to do this? As usual - An insight would be appreciated. Thank you...
