Kevin, I have the same MB and it worked with Fedora Core 3 out of the box. I can get you more details when I'm back home on Friday. I've had some other issues though, been trying to get a tv-out solution going for a while.
Just a hint for the TV-out, don't use the latest ATI drivers, use the patched old ones (3.12) instead, then TV-out will work fine.
