Some wierdness.  When compiling mythtv with xvmc, I had to edit the
settings.pro file to use /usr/X11R6/lib.  Didn't have to for plain xv.
I also had to add   -lXinerama -lXxf86vm -lXxf86dga on the extra_libs
line.
