wait, it's not always like that?

hmm, maybe I should go back to 2.4. I've always had that irritating
"takes way too long to skip" problem. I'm on a 1.4ghz machine with a
PVR-350, you'd think the CPU would be pretty free to do whatever it
needs. I have kernel v2.6.9, ivtv 2.0something
