i've had the same problem. only difference is that i started with 0.17 so i thought it was something I did or didn't do, but it looks like it's more of a 0.17 issue. I haven't been able to figure it out either. I enter 127.0.0.1 or 192.168.1.191(my lan ip) and NOTHING works. I also get: Session Management error... something about incorrect or missing authentication protocals.
