Before you try that, ask around at some local ham radio or other related clubs (know any electrical engineering students?) to see if you can find someone that has an EEPROM programmer that could do it for you. I've got one for tuning my car, and I flash dead BIOS chips for free. :) I don't like the idea of hot swapping the chips, very risky IMO. Alex
