Depending on your capture hardware your content will either be MPEG-2 or
MPEG-4 NUV files. There is a set of DirectShow filters for the MPEG-4
files so you can view them on Windows or you can directly access the
MPEG-2 files. There are also other add-ons out there that will do
streaming to WMP using VLC.
