Going back over my notes it looks like the Nvidia devices had to be
copied to the udev directory so they would be available during boot up.

cp -a /dev/nvidia* /etc/udev/devices
chown root.root /etc/udev/devices/nvidia*

Confusion on my part.  Like someone else said it is Monday all day.  :)

I am using the 760 kernel also.  ATRPMS did not have the alsa drivers
for 766 yet.

At this point I am trying to work through all the problems to get a
working system.  

I'm think it may be time to get that small TV for the computer room and
get this thing working with a TV.
