Well, didn't get as far as I would have liked to today. The latest v4l patch 
for 2.6.11-rc4 seems to cause some major issues for ivtv. I had my 150MCE 
getting perfect audio and video across the entire channel range with a 2.6.10 
kernel, then decided to bump to 2.6.11-rc4 to craft the new tuner def. No 
more working 150MCE tuner and no go on the 500 either. Back to patching 
2.6.10 tomorrow...
