Of course, you realize that the normal broadcast television picture is
larger than you see on your television, right?  This is called
"overscan" and is normal.

Try comparing what you are seeing with myth with broadcast television.
Use a broadcast that puts a scrolling ticker or something on the bottom
of the screen so you can compare what you are seeing in myth with what
the live broadcast looks like.
