The weird thing is that that clip played properly under 0.16 on my Mythbox
(Athlon XP 2400 with an FX5200), but it jumps and stutters all over the
place on 0.17.

I've tested the CBS clip with XvMC under 0.17 and it plays properly.  I've
not tried Xv & libmpeg2 to see if it would play properly that way.
