grep for a file in /etc/udev containing the string "dvb".   Add/modify
the "MODE" and "GROUP" directives on the line containing "dvb".

In my experience, for capture to work under MythTV, azap must say
"FE_HAS_LOCK" on every line.  For satisfying output, you will want
"unc" to almost always be 0 and "ber" to be at most a few hundred in
hex.

Using MythTV CVS, I did the following:
1. choose "Scan for Channels" under the mythtv-setup channel editor.
2. select Scan Type "Full Scan."
3. select
