Thats a pretty interesting data point. I guess if your machine is old enough another bottle neck is IO bandwidth. Mine has plenty IO bandwidth so RTjepg works fine, but my processor has issues multi-tasking when running a mp4 encoding and decoding at the same time (I have a P4 1.6GHz machine). Paul
