I stand corrected then. I read the pertinent piece of the FCC reg, but I thought someone had said that they can't charge any additional cost. It makes since though, as Im not currently an HD subscriber. Its not worth it for me to pay $10/mo for a DVR receiver that I wont use. Thanks for the help guys, Ryan
