Yeah, that was it. Thanks Phill. Sorry if I confused anyone by spelling the command wrong. I added this line to my /home/mythtv/.kde/Autostart/myth-load.sh script, no more blue lines for me. However, I don't want to confuse the issue further, so let me add this: If you didn't follow Jarod's guide for the initial setup, I'm not sure that you'll have the myth-load.sh script. Garry
