Craig, one thing I did, which may not apply to use, is that I also put the line for my soundblaster live card: (in /etc/modprobe.conf) alias snd-card-0 snd-emu10k1 up higher in the .conf file. �The soundcard config utility in FC2 automatically put that at the end of my modprobe.conf file, and my system didn't like that too much. Andy also brings up a good point about needing to reboot.
