Hi. I think that I'll upgrade it. I'm having a problem: after booting, there appears a process named events/0 (pid=3) in top that eats 99% of my cpu. Looking in google, I've seen that it might be acpi related, so I thought that perhaps bios is the problem. After switching off the pundit for a while, it still happens, but the system is not so slow. Probably it becomes worse as temerature is bigger and the cpu becomes busier and busier with acpi. It's strange because the first days this didn't happen (I bought it less than a week ago) but probably I'll have to update it sooner or later. So better now. In my bios I can see this: amibios ver. 08.00.09, date 7/1/4. Nothing about 1002 or 1003 (which is the latest in asus.com). So, could you tell me how to prepare a flashing cd? If needed, I can boot a win98 in another pc. Thanks Alberto
