I've recently installed 0.17 over my production 0.16
box. Mostly, the installation is working properly.
One odd behavior is that it has stopped recording the
local NBC affiliate in the Bay Area, channel 11.1
(broadcast on VHF channel 12).
When I try to record, my backend log shows this:

I never had problems with this channel under 0.16.
I'm not sure where to debug next. The other channels
I've tried record perfectly.
