Warning at /var/www/html/mythweb/recorded_programs.php, line 124: symlink(): File exists
This is really weird -- on line 123, it clearly checks to make sure that the file doesn't exist before trying to create the symlink.
I just committed some changes that will hopefully resolve your issue.
