(I'm using a netgear wge101 and it's OK- but I think there are some better ones out there) You use the ethernet on the mobo and you can place the bridge anywhere you need for good reception-and no issues getting wireless cards to work with linux. In the future, if you need to expand to other devices at that point- you can add a switch and not have to buy other wireless devices- unless you're limited by bandwidth... examine your setup, might make sense for you.
