Assuming you installed them using apt:

cd /var/cache/apt/archives/
rm -f *.rpm

And for yum:

cd /var/cache/yum/
rm -f */packages/*.rpm

If you have a bunch of rpms sitting scattered throughout your system, there's 
always the good old:

find / -name "*.rpm" -exec rm -f {} \;

Just don't mess up the part after -name. ;-)
