thanks, I did that and for a while I even got a picture. Without usin mythfilldatabase I really got the picture seen. I could record for some time. Then I switched to watch TV, and could even see that for some time also. Then I started changing channels with arrow keys from keyboard, and the thing got stuck again. Now it doesn't record or show the TV. It seems like certain channels would cause problems. If I record from one channel it works, but if I try recording some other channels i end up getting no data from card -messages. I get around it by recording only some channels and not trying to watch the TV. It starts with the channel that gets mythtv stuck. I need now figure out which channels are the trouble makers.
