Thanks very, very much Dave, I added the transport stream as per your suggestion and also replaced my ariel cable as mine had a gender changer on it which may have been preventing a strong signal. I got Seven straight away but still couldn't get SBS. I can't get it on normal TV though so I guess it is no problem. I just wish I could schedule mythbusters because it is cool on Discovery.
Also, I take back my bashing of the new scanner. While I still think it may be wise to provide the ability to manually enter the channel setup data as you could in 0.16, I think it is pretty cool that most of it is done automagically for you and can be repeated easily. I guess I just needed to understand it all a little better.
