You could try putting this in the "Devices" section of your xord.conf
or equivalent:
Option "TVOverScan" "0.60"
Yeah, unfortunately the range that that parameter allows is smaller than the range that the nvidia-settings tool allows. I really need the nvidia-settings tool to be able to get the image on my TV maximized.
