What is this blue band? Mine is on the left and top. It almost looks like the actual image is right several pixels and down a few. Is this an accurate assumption? Is there a way to move the image and not just eliminate the blue background? The reason I say this is because the blue band (left side) looks to be just as far away from the edge of my screen as the other side (right side) of the video image. If you look hard there is a black line on the left side between the blue band and the actual video image. This is not the case on the top of the video image. It almost looks like the video image should be moved up and to the left. Am I making any sense?
