I doubt it. Certainly Outlook and Outlook Express do not have a list reply feature. They only have personal reply (via the "Reply" button) and group reply, and are not designed to account for mailing lists, or have any knowledge of the Mail-Followup-To header. Hence the haphazard hack of hijacking the Reply-To field to duplicate the purpose of the Mail-Followup-To field.
