I wasn't even aware that this tool supported external scripts. I'm not that level of Myth user yet, so I don't think I have one. I'm not sure that this is the problem either, because I've tried removing all channels, and Live TV runs for a few seconds, then exits back to the menu. Then I added just a channel 3, because the documentation says this must exist even if it's not used. Still I get the same results. It's a very touchy configuration. I'm not sure why I was able to watch live TV work for that one ~5 second splice, and why it doesn't work now. Xawtv works every time. Do the frontend 'Player Settings' apply to live TV? The default player is set to "mplayer -fs -zoom -quiet -vo xv %s". I may be forced to get the audio working right now.
