I'm running KnoppMyth R5A12 with a PVR-350 (Tuner 47) using TVout and
it works fine.

Install the latest ivtv 0.2.x version (compile, install, etc). I'm
currently using rc2h, and have not tried rc3i yet since it's just
support for pvr150/500. Make sure to follow the directions and install
the X11 ivtv-fb driver from the utils dir...

Use the /etc/X11/xf86config-4.pvr350-tvout.sample for your
/etc/X11/XF86Config-4, edit the PCI Bus setting (based on lspci -v),
and use ivtvdev instead of fbdev driver. So it looks like:

Section "Device"
Identifier "Hauppauge PVR 350 iTVC15 Framebuffer"
        Driver "ivtvdev"

        ### change fb1 to whatever number you got in the previous section
        Option "fbdev" "/dev/fb1"

        ### change the busid to whatever is reported by lspci. Note that
        ### output of lspci is hex, so add a preceding "0x" to the BusID
        BusID "01:06:0"
EndSection

Only thing left is getting lircd working, and that's just a matter of
getting the right /etc/lircd.conf and /home/mythtv/.mythtv/lircrc
files for your remote. Search the archives.
