There's just one thing that's bothering me: Every time I run low on HD space on my video partition ( < 4 GB left ), mythbackend will start eating up a lot of CPU resources. (As in: 0% idle, jerky video playback, dropped frames while recording) This stops as soon as I free up some more space.
Are you using xfs? I believe it has a history of doing bad things when free space gets low. Check the archives.
