Ok, what configure flags were used to compile this? You can check by just running ffmpeg at a prompt, and the configure options will be at the very top of your output. My config was as follows: $ ffmpeg ffmpeg version 0.4.9-pre1, build 4743, Copyright (c) 2000-2004 Fabrice Bellard configuration: --enable-mp3lame --enable-ogg --enable-vorbis --enable-faadbin --disable-faac --enable-xvid --enable-a52bin --disable-dts --enable-pp --enable-shared --disable-amr_nb --disable-amr_nb-fixed --disable-amr_wb --disable-sunmlib --enable-pthreads --enable-gpl --disable-strip --extra-cflags=-O2 -g -pipe -m32 -march=i386 -mtune=athlon make > I have mythburn working in mythweb â which is a really nice alternative > (just watch out for the âz option for transcode in mythtvburn.sh and > scripts/extractthumbnail.sh that flips the menu-item). I'd love to use mythburn, but it didn't seem to support MPEG4 NUV files last I checked. But I've been enjoying building them by hand for now. Ramon
