I've been fighting to get my little Mini-ITX working, and it's equipped with
a PVR-150 card. What I've noticed, is that there's only one format that will
work with MythTV:
mythtv root # ivtvctl --device=/dev/video0 -F
ioctl: VIDIOC_G_FMT

Height : 576
If I change the format in MythTV, it will "clip" the image, and not scale
it.
