Hi David

I wrote on the page:

modprobe ivtv cardtype=2 ivtv_std=2 tuner=38

which works for me, but I listed the line from the tuner.c for the tuner,
because I believe the numbers sometimes change between versions!

I guessed that type 43 would work for NTSC, since I believe that is the
equivelant tuner to the one I am using for NTSC.

cardtype=2 is because the card is mostly like the PVR250 and if you don't
select this it defaults I believe to PVR150 which stops anything from
working.

I used ivtv=2, because I am in Great Britian and we use PAL here.

I'm not sure where you got the line:

> modprobe ivtv cardtype=2 ivtv_std=0 tuner=4

from, but I believe tuner=4 won't work on anything because it is set to
NOTUNER in tuner.c!

Best Regards

Trev
