Daily Show: Sometimes when they jump to a news clip they flash the screen white for a second that that is picked up as a start of a commercial.
Interesting. The only problem I have with Daily Show is that the last commercial break (right before the "Moment of Zen") is incorrectly detected as going past the MOZ, all the way to the end of the recording. I have to remember not to hit Skip when I get to this point in the show, or I end up at the "You've finished watching" prompt.
Perhaps the one difference between you and me is the source: I watch Comedy Central on Dish Network.
