Yes, 0.6 to 0.7 is the load average.
"Top" shows several mythbackend processes using 5-6% CPU each and some bits of CPU for the cx88_dvb driver (I have 2 Hauppauge Nova-T cards fitted)
The only thing I can think it might be doing is refreshing DBV-T EPG data, but still that seems a lot of CPU to do that.
