perhaps it is selected in your zap2it profile? I also think that when you remove a channel from the channel list in mythtv-setup it just sets the 'visible' flag to zero in the channels table in the mythconverg database. You could always manually remove the entry from the database and see if it stays away after that.
This will show you the contents of the 'channel' table in the mythconverg database: mysqldump -u mythtv -p -a -c mythconverg channel If you can find out which channel it is you want to remove, determine the 'chanid' and then you can remove it with mysql -u mythtv -D mythconverg -p DELETE from channel WHERE chanid=<chanid of channel you want to delete>; quit This should remove all traces of the channel from the database instead of just setting it 'invisible'. BTW, i'm also trying to use mythtv and hdtv3000 with qam and comcast, but i'm having horrible luck. perhaps you could share some info with those of us struggling? I don't know if you took notes about how you setup to use qam, but if you did that would be great! Even if you could post some of the contents of your database that might be helpful. I'd personally love to see part or all of the following: mysqldump -u mythtv -p -a -c mythconverg channel dvb_channel dvb_pids dtv_multiplex Cheers, Adam On Sun, 27 Mar 2005 12:02:19 -0800, Mark Frey <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Well I have just finished rebuilding my Myth machine with a PVR-150MCE > and a pcHDTV 3000.
