Not currently. It is on my TODO list to allow the user to edit the commercial skip list instead of the cutlist in the editor, but I haven't got around to looking at that yet.
You are correct. I didn't use *Q* to clear the list. I simply
deleted all of the cut points then exited.
Both of these should accomplish the same thing, so I'm not sure why you were seeing what you describe. Did you exit by hitting ESCAPE or using 'M'?
I used ESCAPE IIRC because it was the one key I *knew* would get me out.
