I don't recall what I did, but I know others have had problems with
a/v sync in avidemux that they couldn't avoid, so I didn't try any
harder.  Gopdit seems like the best choice for this kind of MPEG-2 to
MPEG-2 cutting, although it is reported to have some issues too.
