I'm not really sure. I swear I'm using NvAGP on my RHEL4 boxes, whichdoes have agpgart compiled into its kernels also. Time to go play with one of my FC3 boxes...
Okay, NvAGP is definitely a no-go on my FC3 boxes w/stock kernels. Can't tell
(yet) on my RHEL4 box, too many things open right now to bounce X. :-)
Hmmm I don't that those nice people at ATRPMs would put a kernel together for us all without the agpgart built in (but as a module). :)
I am loathe to start compiling anything from source when the rest of the box is packages :)
