Actually, on a default setting Windows 2003 Small Business Edition (domain?) server, http://companyweb/ will resolve to the local IIS server sharepoint portal thingy. It would then be the spyware/adware that's putting up the casino crap.

I really hate knowing this kind of stupidly geeky stuff about windows. Long live Lunix! :)

Firefox adds the .com to webadress if not there.  I beleive that IE does also.
