Hi all... first of all, I have no idea how to search for this issue in the archives, and any references to Mythtvburn are wiped clean from the knoppmyth forum...
One of my LVM drives died the other day, taking the whole volume with it. Yes, very frustrating. I don't think I'll use LVM anymore. Apart from losing my recordings, I also lost my working setup of MythBurn. I'm still using 0.16 (KnoppMyth R4) because I lack drive space to risk upgrading yet... Ok, enough griping. About that anyway. I had the older version of MythTvBurn that would work with 0.16, the -beta.tar.gz one off... sourceforge, I believe. I made the regular tweaks (remove -k -z to get rid of the upside-down blue thumbnails, also changed the /usr/local/bin/transcode to /usr/bin/transcode) and it *almost* started working... Now dvdauthor does something ugly and refuses to write the .IFO. (0 bytes) mkisofs is what dies, but this is the reason why. I have enough disk space to make a DVD (though that's running out, the longer this keeps fighting me). I've tried apt-get to get all of the latest versions of these tools and it doesn't matter. What could make dvdauthor not author? I don't know what changed! Thanks again... I *really really really* miss Mythtvburn... _______________________________________________ mythtv-users mailing list [email protected] http://mythtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mythtv-users
