Is this the the KWorld Vstream Xpert you refer to - http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=3762&item=5186211671&rd=1 It doesn't state KWorld nor what chipset it uses so I want to make sure before I buy it.
