I can add one "good behaviour" data point. I've installed the 0.18 RPMS from the testing tree, and they're working quite well for me, EXCEPT that as another thread (http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/125730) mentioned, I too am unable to use OpenGL transitions in mythgallery. Axel, can you confirm that they're compiled into the RPM?

BTW, I haven't tested all of the plugins yet (mythnews, mythweather, mythbrowser, etc.), as I have a lowly 56k modem connection. Sigh. But mythdvd works OK (although I'm having some intermittant problems with mtd that I DON'T think are related to the build), as does mythmusic and mythvideo.

Thanks for the packaging efforts! BTW, any plans to re-package the plugins into one larger RPM (and obsolete all of the individual packages), now that Isaac's doing it that way?
