Rei,
In mythfrontend or mythtvsetup? In mythtvsetup under the settings I have the checkbox on for it to use the PVR-350 hardware decoder on /dev/video16 turned on.
Not sure there is anywhere else to set something to tell it to use the PVR.

I noticed that the mythfrontend program is taking 90% of the CPU, but when I use the onboard video card (i810) it uses 50% of the CPU.
I followed the directions from http://wilsonet.com/mythtv/fcmyth.php to do the initial install.
Not sure where I should start looking to see why using a different video source would use so much more CPU for the mythfrontend. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure that you select the option to use the PVR-350 video out in mythtv's setup screens. (Sorry, I forget which one off the top of my head.)
