RHEL4/RHEL3 support at ATrpms is still in beta phase, that's why the
packages have funny disttags like 3.999 instead of 4 (to ensure
upgradablility to the proper versions).

As a workaround, don't try to upgrade apt, but simply install
mythtv-suite. Any failures/missing bits etc are best reported to
atrpms-users or bugzilla.atrpms.net, thanks!
