I had a similar problem with Iulius. Axel posted something about a
week ago regarding the missing themes. You will want to get the
MythTv Themes tarball, unpack it, and copy the Blue folder to your
themes folder:
cp -a Blue /usr/share/mythtv/themes/
That should take care of your problem of not finding blue. I am not
sure if that is all that you need to get up and going, but it worked
for me, so thanks Axel.
Actually, I just symlinked the default theme to blue (cd
/usr/share/mythtv/themes && ln -s default blue), and I brought up lircd,
so now I don't get any obvious errors, but mythtvsetup isn't giving me
more than those two screens. And my keyboard doesn't work to operate
the butons -- I can move between, but space/enter doesn't activate the
buttons....
