I have both working with no problems, finally. I've got a FC3 setup via Jarod's guide, which includes the PVR-250; using HD3000 2.0 drivers, unmodified. Had to manually add the QAM HD channels to the database, as mythtvsetup had problems when scanning the qam channels, but they do work after the manual editing of the db. I guess my cable provider isn't quite up to speed with the hd qam channels (providing all the required atsc feed info), which is why mythtvsetup doesn't detect things perfectly. Others don't have this issue. YMMV.
