That is correct, it means the mythweb being used isn't as up to date as the backend. Off hand I'd look to see if the mythweb rpm didn't install it in a slightly different location than it was previously installed. Check /var/www/html/ and see if perhaps the latest version actually installed to /var/www/html/mythweb/ or something like that.
