Actually, a premium support offering for subscribers is a good idea. 
I'll pass that along the next time I talk to my contacts in the

Plugins will be available to non-subscribers, themes will not.  Some
plugins will make  use of subscriber only data like MythMovieTime
does, however it's entirely possible to develop alterative sources for
the data.
